BoRo SMS opt-in

This page shows exactly how and where BoRo collects consent to send text messages, and the exact wording a person agrees to. Operated by Aston Ventures Inc., a Delaware corporation, d/b/a BoRo USA.

How consumers opt in

This is the opt-in description filed with the carrier registry, reproduced here word for word so the filing and the live site cannot disagree.

Web form opt-in at https://www.borousa.com/sms-signup. Two separate checkboxes, both unchecked by default, neither required to join, not bundled with Terms: one for service messages, one for promotional. Full wording on the page and at https://www.borousa.com/sms-consent. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The form itself is at borousa.com/sms-signup — every field, including the mobile number and the consent checkbox, on one screen. The same signup also runs as a three-step form at borousa.com/waitlist, where the opt-in appears on step two; both write the same consent record.

The checkboxes, exactly as they appear

Two separate boxes, both unchecked by default and neither required to join. Reproduced live from the same source as the real form — not a screenshot, so it cannot fall out of date. Shown here for reference only.

Consent wording

Two consents, captured independently. A person may agree to service messages, to promotional messages, to both, or to neither — ticking one never implies the other, and each is stored with the exact wording that person read.

1. Service messages

2. Promotional messages

Confirmation message

Sent once, immediately, when someone opts in. It names only what that person actually agreed to.
